How we use it. Only to understand your request, reply to you, and deliver work you approve. We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Tools we use. Your information is stored with the service providers that run our business, such as our form, email and file storage providers, and may be processed with AI tools to help draft questions and plans. A person reviews everything before it reaches you.
Your accounts. We work inside your own accounts, never ask for your personal passwords, and remove our access when a job is finished.
Retention. Files you share are deleted within 90 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
